Over 50m baht of properties listed on Fraction

Fraction is pleased to announce that the first 50 million baht worth of real estate assets have now been digitized, fractionalized, and listed on the Fraction platform with a variety of property types including condos, beachfront pool villas, and houses. These are located in Bangkok, Pathum Thani, and Hua Hin.

This is a small but significant step towards making real estate, once a private territory of the already rich, finally accessible to all of us.

Last year, Fraction secured US$3 million in a pre-series A round led by East Ventures (seed for Tokopedia, Traveloka, Waresix, and Ruangguru) and Emtek Group (Grab, Bukalapak) with participation from Thakral Limited, V Ventures, and a group of regional investors. The raise follows its award of Thailand’s ICO Portal License (subject to activation approval) by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC).
